This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit https://ngcconstructioninc.com/ (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers only information collected through the Site. It does not cover information we receive through signed contracts, bids, or other business dealings, which are governed by those agreements.

2. Information We Collect

  • Any other information you include in your message

The Site does not accept job applications or resumes. Please do not submit them through our forms.

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the site that referred you
  • General location (city or region) based on your IP address

We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and quote or bid requests
  • Evaluate and communicate about potential projects

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Companies that host the Site, provide email, or run analytics for us. They may use the information only to perform services for NGC.
  • Project partners. General contractors, builders, or suppliers, when needed to respond to your project inquiry and only with your knowledge.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NGC, our employees, or others.
  • Business transfers. If NGC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device, to keep the Site working and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. You can learn how that provider handles data on its website.

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. Project inquiries are generally kept for the life of the business relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
